Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Raytime account and the personal data associated with it, how to remove a single item instead, and how to get a copy of your data first. Raytime is provided by Concinnity LLC.
Choose what you actually want

Requesting deletion by email
Send a message from the email address associated with your Raytime account to privacy@concinnityworks.com with the subject line "Delete my Raytime account."
We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before processing the request. We do not charge for this, and asking will never affect the service you receive.
What is deleted
When a deletion request is completed, we permanently remove:
- Your account and profile information, such as your email address and display name.
- Your tasks, notes, steps, plans, focus sessions, and app preferences.
- Any analytics identifiers linked to your account, to the extent we hold them.
Deleting a single task erases the task's title and anything you wrote in it. A record that the task was deleted remains, without content, so that the deletion also reaches your other devices rather than the task reappearing from one of them.
What is on your device
Raytime works without an account, and in that case your data never leaves your phone and there is nothing for us to delete. Uninstalling the App removes it. The App does not back itself up to Google Drive, so an uninstall does not leave a copy behind.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited amount of information where it is needed to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements. Anything retained is kept only as long as necessary and is otherwise deleted or anonymised.
Your subscription is sold by Google Play rather than by us, so Google holds its own transaction records. Deleting your Raytime account does not cancel a subscription: manage or cancel that through Google Play.
Timeframe
Deleting a task, or deleting your account from inside the App, takes effect immediately. Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days. Copies of data held in routine backups are removed on our standard backup rotation.
